Teeth bleaching or Teeth whitening
There’s no doubt that a bright and white smile is the greatest asset of any person. Also, there’s no doubt that people spend thousands of dollars in order to get white teeth. There are thousands of methods used for teeth whitening. The most common and simple way is to use bleaching. Bleaching is not only one of the most effective but also one of the oldest methods of whitening your teeth. Teeth color depends upon a number of factors. Young children have white teeth than adults but it is not a rule of thumb. You can see people in their nineties having bright white teeth. It is because they regularly brush their teeth with good toothpaste.
You should brush your teeth at least twice a day: once after awaking and once before sleeping. Moreover, if you want to get your teeth even stronger and healthier, brush your teeth after every meal. Similarly, use a dental floss to keep the bacteria away from your teeth. These are bacteria which get deposited inside your mouth at the night time and results in discolorations as well as bad odor. Teeth’s bleaching is done in two ways if done professionally. The first way requires a paste to be applied on teeth. This paste is mostly comprised of baking soda and lemon juice. Other teeth whitening ingredients are also used for the purpose.
The other method of teeth bleaching requires strips, trays or braces to be applied on teeth. You need to hold these braces for hours on your mouth. These braces are fulfilled with bleaching solution which gets pasted on your teeth. As a result, you get whitened teeth after a regular practice of few weeks. You should also use electric toothbrush for brushing your teeth as it can reach all the parts of your mouth. Different mouthwash products are also used to temporarily remove discolorations and stains from your teeth.
